The Historical Society of Cheshire County is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the history of New Hampshire. The permanent exhibit features over 1000 local artifacts and art pieces, including a large selection of glassware, which was one of the original trades in the area.

This historic Federal-style property was the home of Horatio Colony, a descendent of one of Keene's historic families. The home features original family furnishings, and tours are available from early May to mid-October.
